The undersigned request permission to utilize the property located at the intersection of NC Hwy. 87 and Waccamaw Rd. for the sole purpose of fundraising.
Details
• All items associated with the event are to be provided by the organizer.
• All trash and waste are to be removed by the organizer.
Release
The undersigned hereby assumes all risks associated with this event in regard to me, personnel, volunteers and patrons.
The undersigned agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Riegelwood Sanitary District Board of Directors and its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives of any personal injuries, property loss or damage suffered by any person as a result of this event.
