Vendor Information and Liability Waiver

Note:

  • Outdoor space with no electricity.

  • Spots will be filled on a first come basis.

  • Setup may begin at 11:00 am; space to be vacated by 9:00 pm.

  • The event will be held from 12:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.

  • Only 1 organization or vendor may use each space.

  • It is the responsibility of the vendor to obtain all inspections, licenses, etc.

  • Vendors are responsible for trash pickup in their area.

  • Any music being played is requested to be Holiday music. No obscene or offensive music will be allowed.

  • Vendors serving food must display their current health inspection.

  • Festival officials have the authority to remove any vendors for violation of any of the above rules. And to prohibit the sale of merchandise that may be illegal or considered offensive to others.


Vendor Truck (approx. 10' x 30') = $50 each

Table and/or Tent (approx. 10' x 10') = $25 each


Waiver:

The undersigned expressly acknowledges that the activities of the festival (including pre–and–post parade activities) are dangerous and involve the risk of serious injury death, and/or property damage. The undersigned agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Riegelwood Sanitary District Board of Directors and its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives connected with the parade for any personal injuries, property loss or damage suffered by any person as a result of the actions of the festival/parade participants connected to the group, float or individuals.
